Civil Disobedience

Speaking of daily drama, as we were a while ago: pic taken in front of Walmart the day before the 60 Cents Incident:

The arrows call your attention to the No Parking sign this car is parked under, the yellow stripes on the pavement that indicate parking isn't allowed there, and the cunt who's about to roll her window down and ask us what the fuck we think we're doing. 

Why, we're taking your picture, dearie . . . and consider yourself fortunate that we don't go around to the ass end of your ride, take a pic of your license plate, and post that.  (There are some things that even Your Bloggers won't do.) 

What's the big deal? we hear you asking. 

This.

This yellow zone is where buses legally park to transfer passengers. If the bus has to look for another place to park, and / or squeeze past you in a crowded parking lot, and do this several times in a 45 minute loop, pretty soon it's five minutes late. And that means all the other buses have to wait for it, making everyone five minutes late. After a few of these on a busy day, they have to shut the system down to get back on time.

That's why we're taking your picture, you dumb bitch. It's okay for YOU to park there, isn't it, and make a few hundred other people wonder why the bus is late, AGAIN, because you're worth it, and you're special. You must be from Croswell. No, wait . . . Marysville. That's where the really special people live. Marysville. 

And BTW, love: that handicap placard on your dashboard doesn't allow you to park in fire lanes and yellow zones and under NO PARKING signs.  In those places, NO means NO.
